If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free experience.

Returns
1.1 Eligibility:
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
The product should not be expired or damaged.

1.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team via pawsomenaturals@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, providing your order details and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorisation number (RA#).
Package the product securely, including the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
We will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds
2.1 Refund Process:
We will initiate the refund process upon receiving and approving the returned product. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow a little extra time during public holidays or peak periods. Weβll always keep you informed of any delays.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:

β’ Products returned afterΒ 30 days from the date of purchase.
β’ Products not in their original packaging or not in resalable condition.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the abovementioned return process and place a new order for the desired item separately.
