Oaty Aussie Vegemite snacks

Oats are a heart-healthy grain, and the vegemite provides B
vitamins including vitamin B12. It is salty so don’t overdo it!

 

Makes: 50 small biscuits

 

Ingredients

2 cups of rolled oats

1 free-range egg

60ml water

1-2 teaspoons Vegemite

 

Method

In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together slowly
adding water until combined.

Roll mixture into 2cm balls and bake at 160c for 30 minutes
or until golden. Cool and store in an airtight container for up to five days,
or freeze on the day of baking (keeps for six weeks).
